I am just finishing up on a few more lines then we will test the system for any leaks.

We used a Bosch Race Pump able to flow 300 LPH at 113 PSI of pressure.

Comparison of Bosch Pump and Factory Walbro Pump

It is all installed in the Factory Pump Bucket.  This took a little bit to get it to fit in there with all -8 fittings and lines.

Comparison of Custom Bosch Fuel Pump Bucket and Factory Fuel Pump Bucket

The Feed Side of the system is -8 from the pump, out of the bucket with a -8 bulkhead, -8 in/out Aeromotive 10 micron filter, Aeromotive -8 in and dual -6 out Y-Block, then we feed both of the fuel rails individually.

The Return Side of the system is dual -6 off the front of the fuel rails, dual -6 to the Aeromotive Boost Referenced regulator, then a single -6 return to the tank, -6 bulkhead in the top of the factory bucket, then it returns the unneeded fuel to the bottom of the bucket.

The Electrical Side of the system is all 10 GA to the pump from the positive post on the fuse box.  The new wiring is triggered by the factory fuel pump wire so the system acts just like the factory with key on.  We used a +/- Junction Block, 40 amp relay and a 30 amp fuse on the supply for power to the pump.  The + Positive and - Negative wiring to the pump is all 10 GA.

I built this system so I can put a check valve and another Bosch Race Pump in place where the filter is located.

The fuel system will support 1000 RWHP the way it is now (when looking at a chart for over 300 LPH at the pressures I will be running).

I would expect at least a 50% increase in the systems ability to support HP with another Bosch Race Pump added.

The pump we used is a Bosch Motorsports 413 which is a tested and blueprinted 044 that is built to handle as much volume at a pressure of 113 psi.

We did not build the system for E85, I am unsure if the pump is compatible with it.

The Straight Methanol Injection is also considered a fuel system.  The Straight Methanol adds another 15 GPH (56.8 LPH) to the total fuel system.

**Another note on running straight Methanol.

Straight Methanol has the following Octane Ratings
RON - 133 Octane
MON - 105 Octane
AKI - 119 Octane

We are going for 1000-1250 RWHP with the new engine.

I tried to address all the bad points in a forced induction fuel system.

The system is boost referenced and will raise the fuel pressure 1 psi for every 1 psi of boost.  So with my setup I am at 60 psi at idle/light cruise and run as much as 80 psi of fuel pressure with 20 psi of boost.

We set everything up for pump gas and I also run straight methanol injection.  The nitrous system also has its own fuel system that sprays 109 octane race gas.
