These pulleys are manufactured with a larger bearing designed for increased loads. Our unique bearing placement in the pulley eliminates side loading, and is held in place with a positive retention system. Belt contact area on the pulley is chemically coated to insure the aluminum stays on the pulley, not on your belt.
